The Mid Years Engineering Experience (MYEE) Conference 2016 is a new conference dedicated to the critical middle years of the engineering curriculum and educational experience. This three day event begins a national conversation on improving engineering student retention and success in the mid years, the sophomore slump or invisible year, and addresses the junior year shift to discipline-specific, professional preparation known as the junior jump.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum Level Sponsorship - $ 2,000
Includes the premier sponsorship of the Thursday Night dinner, a complementary premium exhibit booth, recognition throughout conference events, including sign, program, and web recognition during conference promotions.
Only one Platinum Sponsor will be designated.
 
Gold Level Sponsorship - $1,000 per day (2 days available)
Includes sponsorship of Thursday Lunch or Friday Lunch, a complementary exhibit booth, recognition throughout conference events, including sign, program, and web recognition during conference promotions.
Only two Gold Sponsors will be designated.
 
Reception Sponsor - $750
Includes sponsorship of Wednesday evening Opening Reception, signage recognition and conference program recognition.
 
Breakfast Sponsor - $500 per day (2 days available)
Includes signage recognition during Thursday and Friday breakfast meal events and conference program recognition.
 
 
The second annual conference expects to attract 75-100 engineering faculty teaching sophomore and junior courses and also administrators and staff charged with student retention and success at their institutions. Current attendees represent institutions across the United States and abroad.
