Registration Information

The MYEE conference is open to anyone interested in learning more about issues related to the Mid Year Engineering Experience. Many academic and industry representatives are expected at this meeting. The majority of the attendees are engineering and engineering technology faculty and staff. MYEE is a unique opportunity that allows attendees and presenters to experience and interact with colleagues. MYEE provides opportunities to meet with other engineering educators, discuss ideas, reflect on the topics and issues from the sessions, and chart new directions and collaborations.

Registration is open to anyone. Registrations received without payment will not be accepted.

Conference registration includes admission to all technical sessions; refreshment breaks; breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday; Wednesday evening's Reception; Thursday night's dinner; a program book of abstracts; and a USB flash drive digital copy of the conference proceedings.

Before you submit your registration please:

  • Carefully read and follow all instructions.
  • Review your information before hitting any buttons to continue.
  • If you are an author with multiple papers, you need only register once.

Early registration rate: $300 by 2/26/2016
Late registration rate: $400 after 2/26/2016

Author Registration

  • One author from each paper must register for the conference even if no author attends or presents the paper, in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings.
  • For authors, registration is independent of the submission process. Please submit your papers at the Paper Submission Site, then use this site to register for the conference. Thus, at least one author must register at the time of the final submission upload. Additional attendees can register independent of the paper upload process.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of registration fees, less a 50% processing fee, will be available if requested by February 26, 2016. No refunds will be made after that date.

Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If the conference is canceled, the liability of MYEE2016 and Texas A&M University is limited to the registration fee. Texas A&M University and MYEE2016 will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
